"I been with State Farm for about 8 years and never had a complaint until now, especially with agent Brian Wozniak who is by far the worst agent, rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional when handling matters of my policy I have “always paid on time” NEVER missed any payments as I have two cars insured by State Farm they not only was over charging me for the second car that I only drove maybe 2X’s per month at a cost of a cars payment. Anytime I would call the office to speak directly to Brian Wozniak the agent he was never in the office from what his assistant would say or always at lunch but was never available to speak with me and never returned my calls after speaking to his assistant and finally getting the help I was told I would receive a call letting me know everything went through not only did I have to wait a week n call back twice so two weeks he assured me everything was set in motion and would give me a call right away once it all went through well you can all guess I had to call once again to being frustrated about not getting no calls and me having to call once again to finally get the answer I was looking for not once did I curse insulted or disrespected his staff, but I did raise my voice and I clearly said he was supposed to call me and then hung up on him fast-forward a month later after everything was fixed I see that my insurance went up $17 which they did not even bother to notify me so when I called the office by a miracle the agent finally picked up Mr.Brian Wozniak To not only not know what was going on saying that his staff was out and not in and he had no idea of anything, but giving me an attitude and just like his last customer “Bryan Hoops” He said he was dropping me because I gave his staff an attitude. I was not rude to him and I simply told him look. I was frustrated, but I’m not giving you no attitude. I am not using no curse words and I just wanted to get some information. He rudely says I need to find another agent so I went off on him and told him I will not and will no longer conduct business with him anymore and I’ll be more than happy to get an agent that will take care of my needs since I am a pain customer and have been for the past eight years without failing to pay or being late whatsoever anybody that’s around the Beaver County area should avoid this agent for he is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful He didn’t even bother to tell me why I was getting my insurance raised another $17 for the third time within a year and a half when I have no accident no tickets nothing whatsoever. My driving record is perfect. This guy is a true work of our a scammer and a very unprofessional do not conduct business with him……. Yeah zero policy funny how I Never used any curse words yeah it seems like you all work together since I was told nobody likes to step on nobody’s foot, but I definitely will not ever be coming back to you. That’s for sure and handle it professionally I don’t think so. You can make up whatever you want, but you’re not gonna fool me or anybody else on the actual events that actually happened you guys are very unprofessional especially you not even your staff at this point so I will take my business and money elsewhere you as a agent give State Farm a bad reputation as I even considered going with a different company because of you so you can sugarcoat anything you want on here like you do with all these other comments trying to make it look like it’s rainbows and butterflies but it’s really not"

I personally advised you that you will need to select another agency as we haven't been able to provide you with the level of service you are expecting, and no matter what response or answers we have provided you in a very professional manner, we simply couldn't make you happy. As a State Farm customer for several years, I know we have tried to provide you with great service over the past year when you were insured with our agency. I also see you left another 1 star review towards another agent this past year. I know you spoke to and interviewed several other agents at this juncture and I truly hope your next agent can take care of you and all your insurance needs. If they can please consider providing them with a 5 star review. Take care and Happy Holidays!"

"This particular State Farm agency discriminates against individuals charged with DUI even if found completely not guilty on the charges; also known as INNOCENT. They say that they have some sort of standards for their client base and will refuse to insure based on their discriminatory practice of refusing to insure innocent individuals who were simply charged, fought their case and then found not guilty. I think it should be illegal, but it's definitely discriminatory. There are also far less expensive options. Look elsewhere! UPDATE: Since I cant respond directly to the commentor. I need to express that the claims in his response are as false as my internet pseudonym. He knows EXACTLY who I am, just called my wife complaining about the review, and DID in fact discriminate. Maybe all State Farms discriminate?? I guess that is possible... However, saying that an INNOCENT individual can not be covered due to whatever "standards" you've created is, in fact, discrimination. There were no false claims made on this review. Insurance was offered by MANY other non discriminatory providers, and it was MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than what was paid before this ordeal to this particular provider. Individuals who are falsely accused by overzealous police officers have enough to deal with without having to overcome further burdensome, and discriminatory practices by a SERVICE provider one is looking to acquire in effort to comply with state regulations. Shame on you!"

"State Farm in general is the worst insurance company have had dealings with. I have multiple issues with online accounts, due to State Farm having improper information when the correct information was provided. In a world where you have to manage everything online it’s difficult when nothing works. Furthermore, I just received a letter in the mail stating they’re dropping me because of past claims of hitting a deer and a motorcycle getting caught in hail. We have home owner’s insurance here as well as other cars and about to add a Cadillac. I will be trying to switch all this as well. I personally drive around 250,000 miles a year. With no accidents, no tickets, etc.This is a sad excuse of professionalism."

"Brian was a great agent when we switched but after the years he’s been very hard to get in contact with. They’ve made several mistakes on our policies so we’ve switched to another agent. We also moved our auto to another company and now saving so much money. Customer service needs to be improved. Like an absent neighbor, he’s never there."

I know your husband had some very harsh words for me and the agency over a year ago on social media and I did reach out to him at that time to try to resolve any issues. I pride myself on taking care of my customers in a world of 1-800 numbers and agents that come and go in a few years. I did talk to your new auto insurance agent on Friday and she is a wonderful agent. I did however have to call her since her agency made a mistake on the cancellation requests that was sent directly to my email. I wanted to make sure you and your husband didn’t have any lapse in coverage in between your transition from us to them. Again I’m here to help and not to hide behind a desk. My door is always open to you and your family and please consider me a friend in the insurance industry. :)"

"Brian is a wonderful agent! His office has been so helpful every time we need to file a claim or change a vehicle on our coverage. He’s also super involved in the community and sponsored quite a few events for our local library!
